My nephew Dylan turned 7 on Valentine's Day, and my mom will have a birthday on the 18th so my family gathered at my mom's house to celebrate and to attend the Fort Bend Literacy Council Book and Author Dinner. I had decided that I would bring the birthday cake to celebrate... so I ordered a Cookie Cake and had them write: Happy Birthday Dylan & BB Love, The TWINS! Super cute idea-- you would think that would be really easy. Well I should have known when I went to go pick it up, that something would go wrong. It wasn't ready, then the person decorating it was a guy, no offense, but guys don't get it...., and then when I went back to pick it up; it looked like this:
Looks great until you get to the bottom and you are like what? Love who? I should have complained, but I hate doing that. So I tried to make it more obvious and I taped the ultrasound pictures to the lid of the box and wrote TWINS all over them.
SO needless to say, when my mom opened the box, it took a little longer than normal to get the point across! Faith looked at it, and was like but I already knew that-- didn't I? haha, but it was still fun and everyone got to take some home!
Mom was very excited! I think she really really wants me to start telling everyone!
I love the application that shows where the bambinos are in this stage of development. i love seeing their little arm buds. I am beyond excited for you both, and quite frankly for ME!!!
