At first, I was all excited when we found bunnies laying around in our backyard. It was something fun to look for everyday.
But upon further inspection our backyard was a giant bunny poop wasteland.
I didn't think it was sanitary to play barefoot in our own backyard.... so after a few failed homeopathic remedies (cayenne pepper and peppermint oil)
I made some phone calls to wildlife experts and a pest control company. Both wanted to charge me insane amounts for an initial treatment, followed up by a second and third treatment the same month. Only to be told that once it rains, they would have to come out again. ($200 EACH VISIT)
I asked if it was something that I could do myself, and the wildlife guy said yes. You can buy it at Walmart.
Anyways....
If you have bunny/deer problems, go buy Liquid Fence (comes in lots of sizes):
Just be sure to follow the directions on the bottle.
And it smells retched.
And now that the poop is gone from our yard, I have moved on to the mission of mice killing.
The mice get in our backyard from the brush behind our house. I killed 3 this week alone.
I hope the others heed the warning. I am relentless.
Totally unrelated to poop, bunnies, and mice...
well, kinda poop related
Hudson came down with a sinus infection this week, and antibiotics tear him up, so our new doctor recommend these tablets, even though I told him they already drink GoodBelly everyday. These tablets are great. And I think it works out cheaper than Goodbelly per day!

That backyard is a blank canvas just asking for a pool.
ReplyDeleteI think it is SCREAMING for a pool!
