I can't help it. I like it, I think.
Even though I hate it.
But I embrace it.
Being last minute that is.I really tried to get a jump on Valentine's this year.
Remember last year, I was sewing Valentines AFTER Valentine's Day?
Well, I decided I have zero Valentine's decorations, and I wanted to make some.
I just love Valentine's Day. I love doing little things for Brandon and the boys to make it a special day.
Last year Brandon got balloons on the shower door when he work up:
But I usually just decorate the house the night before with random poo and make the boys help me after they wake up. Which it totally fun and fine. But I also like traditional decorations too!
Here are the ideas I found at a thrift/craft market on Tuesday... but I'm having a hard time finding red burlap.

But how easy is this? It is just hot glues on the seams. And then a bow added with that deco mesh stuff and some ribbon. Polka dots with craft paint. Then stuff it with newspaper.
And check out this garland... so super easy:

Twine and doilies. The boys could even help me with this one.
And still no valentines for the class party this year.... but I still have 10 days. That is plenty of time.
Right.?
