Well, well, well... look who is back!
After some strong begging from my subscribers, aka my one viewer, my loyal sister, I am giving this a go for today.
So, I am guessing Reed about to turn two kept me from ever blogging again? Who knows. Let's fast forward to the present day and maybe along the way I will share some of the good, the bad, and the really ugly that has happened to us in the last 9 years.
Quick update on me. I am working 20 hours a week as a Title 1 Reading Tutor and loving it! I have a poorly updated Instagram if you want to see me in action @literacy_small_groups. I also work part-time as a senior stylist for Stitch Fix. I have been doing that for the last 3.5 years and it is so fun. I spend more time as a personal uber for my kids than should be humanly possible!
Fast update on Reed:
From 2-10, lots has happened! He is the typical 3rd kid fighting for attention over here. He's quirky. (Just look at his school picture day outfit!) He is funny, smart, sarcastic, and oh-so-sweet. His favorite subject is writing. He loves math and somehow gets the music award at school year after year. He's playing club soccer at the Pre-ECNL level (that is just a fancy word for- I am overpaying for 10-year-old soccer.), baseball, and football.
I leave you with 14-year-old Hudson and Luke. Middle school is weird. Someone found my YouTube and this blog and one of my videos went viral, well viral for me like 100K views. So, being as they are totally typical teenagers. I am going to respect that they don't want me talking about them. But just know they are precious and busy.
Okay, enough for now. I will come back with a little re-brand and see what I can come up with to share!
