I feel like everything I have worked for so far as a mother, is leading up to this 1st birthday! I am throwing my first party for my children! I am so so excited. And I am a procrastinator and a perfectionist, not really sure how that combo came to play in my life. So needless to say, I still have so much to do! But in my head, the party is awesome!
My Party List:
Invitations.... Complete
Cakes.... Ordered
Birthday Banner... Finished
Pictures.... Printed and Hung
House.... Dirty, but just called the maid!
Food.... Planned
Drinks.... Oh will there be drinks. Adult drinks, Pregnant people drinks, Kid drinks... I've gotcha covered.
Games.... Still in my head
Tent.... Borrowed, but not yet in my possession
Favors.... I'm stuck. No clue what to do. Big kids, little kids, babies... maybe I'll just make a treasure box and they can pick what they want to take home!
Photographer.... Coming early for family pictures. So Family. Come Early.
Balloons: Has anyone ever just gotten a tank from the store?
You would think because I don't have a 9-5 paycheck job, I would be way ahead of schedule. But nope, I have very small windows of shopping time. And they are true little men, they can only handle 1 or 2 stores before they say MOM, WE QUIT.

ReplyDeleteWe used the tank from the store. It is not as good as ordering them from the store. I ordered baloons from the store and added more with the tank. I am sure it will be perfect!!!
