Hudson is a crawling manic. He is unstoppable. He plows over everything, including Luke, to get to what he wants. He is pulling up on stuff to his knees, and tonight he pulled up to the standing position. He is fearless on land. (Water is another story, see the ocean pictures below!!) He loves shadows, cords, outlets,mirrors, and books. The fact that he has become obsessed with outlets has me baby proofing the house this week. (He also found the stairs... another baby proofing area!)
Luke crawls, but in his own way. Its definitely some sort of combat crawling. He has one arm tucked while he plunges his body towards whatever he wants. He will do that for quite a while, but if you push him too far, he gives up and ends up rolling multiple times to get something else. He gets up on his knees and rocks, but I think now that Hudson just leaves him behind he will get moving on crawling. Luke loves to eat, sleep, play outside, hitting his baseball, and this little fish. Everything still goes straight to his mouth.
Both boys are talking lots! Luke can say DaDaDaDaDa..., Hudson's favorite word is Ba. Not sure if he means bottle, book, or ball.... but he loves all of those!
We went to Baton Rouge for Scott's Graduation from LSU. He has a degree in Petroleum Engineering and already has a job waiting for him in Oklahoma City! Here are some pics from our weekend!
