I sweep the floor after every meal. (This meal.... beef and broccoli stir fry.)
However, after they eat, I clean up right away, otherwise I never get it done and before I know it, it is time to eat again and everything is dirty. I get out the dust pan and hand broom, or the dustbuster. But this meal needed the real broom. But, when I went to sweep it up, my dustpan was gone!

While I clean, the boys play outside otherwise they are eating the food as I am sweeping and that just is gross. SO I look outside and this is what I see.  |
